Marc interviews Ron Graziani, Senior Vice President and Manager of Property & Casualty at First National Insurance. Ron tells a story about helping Christian, a recent Penn State University graduate, shares his soft-spot for mentoring inner-city youth which was born out of his childhood on the drug-infested streets of Pittsburgh, and expresses his dream of ending voter apathy and the senselessness of racism.
